EOR or your own Turkish company: where the line sits

EOR providers publish calculators that never show this number, and global break-even tools skip Turkish formation costs entirely. This one prices both sides with verified local data and tells you the headcount where owning the entity starts winning.

Administrative cost, monthly

Your own entity is cheaper at 2 peopleThe gap is ₺24,002 per month; own entity takes over from 1 employee with these inputs.
EOR (2 × $400): ₺38,373 / monthOwn entity, all-in admin: ₺14,371 / month
₺13,271
entity fixed monthly (accounting + amortized formation)
₺550
entity payroll admin per employee
What this deliberately excludes. Statutory payroll burden is identical on both sides, so it cancels out. Not priced: your management time, the EOR deposit (about one month of total cost, refundable) versus the ₺50,000 capital lock-up, and entity wind-down costs if you leave. For one or two hires those often decide it, both ways.
Methodology and sources

The EOR side is headcount times the per-employee fee (prefilled with the cheapest current headline from our provider comparison). The entity side is the accounting fee, formation costs amortized over the horizon, and per-employee payroll administration, all from the formation cost data verified against the 2026 tariff. Statutory payroll burden is identical on both sides and excluded on purpose. Formation total used: ₺25,000 to ₺60,000 midpoint.
