Die Krankenversicherung ist der übliche Stolperstein. Ein Antrag verlangt Versicherungsschutz für die gesamte Laufzeit der Erlaubnis, und in der Praxis erwartet die Behörde eine Police eines in der Türkei zugelassenen Versicherers mit der Angabe, dass sie die Mindestdeckungstabelle der Aufsicht erfüllt. Nomaden- und Reisepolicen ausländischer Versicherer enthalten diese Angabe nicht und werden für die Erlaubnis daher nicht anerkannt, wie gut der Schutz auch sein mag. Die Tabelle stammt von der Versicherungsaufsicht und nicht von der Migrationsbehörde, festgelegt im SEDDK-Rundschreiben 2024/34, in Kraft seit 1 April 2025. It requires an outpatient limit of ₺15,000 a year against a co-payment, and inpatient cover that is unlimited at contracted institutions, ₺250,000 at the listed public hospitals and ₺150,000 elsewhere. Pages still quoting ₺5,000 outpatient and ₺50,000 inpatient are showing the pre-2025 table. Ein Tag weniger als die beantragte Laufzeit ist ein Ablehnungsgrund; die Police muss die beantragten Daten genau abdecken.
Warum es nach dem Schreck so günstig bleibt. Die am 29. April 2026 angekündigte rund neunfache Gebührenerhöhung wurde binnen eines Tages zurückgenommen; diese Struktur gilt bis zum 1. Januar 2027. Methodology and sources

The permit fee is the first-month amount plus the per-month amount for each further month, fractions counting as full months, charged in lira at the day's rate. Nationalities outside the dollar groups pay the lira tariff directly. Everyone pays the ₺964 card fee.

Students at Turkish institutions and long-term permit applicants are exempt from the harc regardless of nationality; the card fee still applies.

Children under 18 pay half the harc.

No nationality is exempt from the TRY 964 card fee.

Temporary protection holders receive a free ID document instead of a fee-bearing permit card.
