Dasselbe Bruttogehalt kostet den Arbeitgeber in jedem Land einen anderen Gesamtbetrag, und dem Arbeitnehmer bleibt ein anderer Anteil davon. Neue Länder kommen in diese Tabelle, sobald ihre Rechenmodule vorliegen.

Georgia: Pension-covered employee (citizen or permanent resident). UAE: Expat hire, Dubai mainland defaults: basic 60%, minimum insurance, year-3 gratuity accrual. Kazakhstan: Resident employee born after 1975 (employer pension applies). Serbia: Full-time employment with the standard non-taxable amount. Turkey: Net is the year average (cumulative brackets); employer cost excludes the Treasury incentive.

Methodology and sources
The dollar amount converts to local currency at the official rate shown on each country's page, then runs through the same engine that powers that country's own calculators, with every parameter dated and sourced there. Countries covered today: Turkey, Georgia, Serbia, Kazakhstan, UAE. The table grows as country engines ship.
